Guess Who’s Coming to Dinner? The New Pluralism

Dr. Ron Miller speaks at the Theosophical Society in America in 2009 on pluralism and diversity, and what factors contribute to how we deal with it. Ron references Rabbi Jonathan Sacks’ books titled Dignity of Difference and The Home We Build Together: Recreating Society. “I can be different and yet not see that difference as a judgement about others who are unlike me.”

ABOUT THE THEOSOPHICAL SOCIETY:
The Theosophical Society is composed of students belonging to any religion or to none. Its members are united by their approval of the Society’s Three Objects, by their wish to remove religious antagonisms and to draw together people of goodwill whatsoever their religious opinions, and by their desire to study religious truths and to share the results of their studies with others. We also want to thank them for providing this video. For more information on the Theosophical Society in America, please click here: Theosophical.org
